What is the most memorable event that you have worked on?

My most memorable event that I’ve worked was a wedding at the Natural History Museum. The Bride and Groom wanted a live pasta station that we set up in The Dueling Dinosaur’s Room.  All night I got to say, “Welcome, please join us in the dueling dinosaur’s room for some live pasta.” Not a sentence you get to say every day!

And what is the most special part about catering & events industry?

It is the people I get to work with every day! From our clients, to our Chefs and our servers, each one of them brings something special to every event. I really enjoy working in an industry and for a company that is so team driven. Everyone brings their own strengths and talents to the table and because of that, each event is unique and creatively driven.

What is your favorite food?

My favorite food is always a food I’m trying for the first time. As a child, I wasn’t exposed to diverse cuisines. I remember going to Mexico when I was 19 and eating shrimp for the first time- life changing! Now a serious travel addict, I always head straight for whatever it is I’ve never seen before. Sometimes I love it, and other times… I remember to not eat that again!
