What do you like about catering special events?
Between the variety of venues to work with and the variations of the same venue used for completely different events, I love the uniqueness of our work…no event is ever the same. From working on an intimate 50 person wedding to a 2,000 person fundraiser gala, every event takes the same amount of dedication and precision to get that “wow” factor that I love to be a part of. And I love weddings – I think it’s incredible to be such a huge part of someone’s most important day of their lives. You get to witness such an intimate part of someone’s life as a fleeting third party. It’s so special.
Favorite kind of food?
Definitely Indian cuisine… You can’t beat a good lamb tikka masala!
What do you cook on your day off?
On my day off, I cook a great parmesan chicken in sun dried tomato cream sauce!
